Mission

Or aim is to encourage individuals to develop a realistic grounded hope in response to unexpected difficult situations.  We also seek to improve confidence and resilience that will help make it easier to face continued uncertainty, to make difficult decisions, and to experience meaning with loved ones.

Values

Although we strongly wish no one had to experience adversity or unexpected and traumatic events, we strongly believe that with support the human spirit can become incredibly resilient.

Having a safe space to process negative experiences can allow a valuable new perspective to develop. Processing negative experiences can improve the ability to cope with the immediate emotional and physiological effects of stress.

The world is filled with challenges; however, with an open mind and the confidence to move forward, old dreams can be released and a hope grounded in reality can create a meaningful new future.

If you would like to engage in  virtual therapy (for families in California) or in-person therapy (for families on the Peninsula in the San Francisco Bay Area), feel free to reach out and set up a free 15-minute consultation
